About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team to lead and shape the strategic direction of our brand across our portfolio. You will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of brand strategies across our retail channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and manage the execution of brand architecture across the portfolio
- Lead and manage media strategy and budget
- Develop our digital strategy and manage our digital participation across all platforms
- Lead and manage DON branded packaging design
- Collaborate with Sales Team, to develop and implement joint business plans with key retail partners
- Lead and manage brand led innovation initiatives
- Lead the evaluation of communication spend effectiveness (ROI/ROAS)
- Collaborate and align with Smallgoods Business Unit, on product development and 3 year pipelines that fit to portfolio and brand strategy
- People leadership for a small team

About you: - Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business
- 5+ years experience in Brand Management within FMCG or a related industry
- An accountable and collaborative individual
- Strong expertise in brand architecture, media management, digital strategy, and packaging design
- A strategic thinker able to analyse brand performance and market trends
- Proficient in utilising consumer insight to develop marketing strategies and initiatives
- Expert in design, aesthetics and packaging
- Strong communicator and able to influence across all levels within a business
- Excellent project management skills
- Prior people leadership experience
