Working across some of the largest rail projects in Australia, their rail team is highly regarded and has a rare opening for a Senior/Principal Rail Engineer or Senior/Principal Rail Project Manager to join the ranks. This role can be based in Perth, Melbourne or Brisbane.

The Role
Following further project wins to build upon their already healthy pipeline of rail projects, we require a Senior/Principal Rail Engineer or Senior/Principal Rail Project Manager with strong project delivery experience to support the delivery  major rail projects nationally. 

You will play a key role in developing the local rail branch offering and wider national division, overseeing high-quality design and project delivery the business is known for. Guiding engineers and multi-disciplinary teams, you will ensure projects are bought in on time to budget.

You will be supported by a talented, experienced rail team, great brand and a well-respected and united leadership team.
 
Candidate Criteria
To be successful in the role you will have a tertiary qualification in civil engineering, plus a background in project management and design on rail track and associated civil works design projects. Your technical skills will be supported by your well-honed stakeholder management and communication skills. You will possess the qualities of a good leader and be committed to high quality delivery.
