The opportunity:
The ICT Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring Alpine Resorts Victoria’s digital systems operate smoothly across all six alpine resorts. This position leads the ICT Officers and Service Desk Analyst, oversees daily ICT support activities, and ensures staff and contractors receive timely, expert technical assistance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and supervise ICT Officers and the Service Desk Analyst, providing direction, guidance and support to ensure consistent and expert service delivery.
- Provide desktop support across a diverse range of systems and applications, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage ICT operational budgets, equipment allocation and subscription resources, considering the unique challenges of remote and multi‑site environments.
- Coordinate ICT hardware and software inventory, including procurement, installation, maintenance and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues, managing Level 2 escalations.
- Implement IT Service Management methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement of ICT support processes.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, providing reporting, data analysis and recommendations for ICT improvements.
- Collaborate on ICT projects with the Systems and Security Engineer and Head of ICT, ensuring smooth transition of new systems into operations.
- Stay current with technology trends and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Skills, experience and qualifications: - Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICT support or related field.
- Minimum 1 year team leadership experience.
- Current Victorian Employee Working With Children Check.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Cert IV or higher in ICT (desirable).
- ITIL4 certification (desirable).
- Strong digital and technological literacy, with advanced troubleshooting capability.
- Experience managing small ICT projects and competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary Range: $86,691-93,275 + superannuation pro rata for 4 months
