The Opportunity
Do you love working at the intersection of property, planning and compliance — with a mountain view to match? This is your opportunity to join Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) and play a key role in supporting the effective management of Crown Land at one of Australia’s most iconic alpine destinations.
As the Property Administration Coordinator, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative coordination across leasing, planning, compliance and property records at Mt Hotham. Working closely with the Property & Planning Team and key internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help ensure resort assets are safe, compliant and well‑managed.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys detail, thrives on coordination, and takes pride in keeping complex property information accurate and up to date.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Property, Business Administration, Planning or a related field — or equivalent experience
- At least two years’ experience in property administration, leasing, planning support or compliance coordination
- Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory frameworks (experience with Crown Land is desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
The successful candidate will be required to have: - Full Australian working rights.
- Valid driver’s licence (Victorian preferred)
- Victorian Working with Children Check - Employee
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
Location: Mt Hotham Alpine Resort
Salary: $79,122 - $87,600p/a plus superannuation (rate determined by skills, qualifications, and experience)
Start Date: asap
Contract Term: 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility to extend
