Our Role
You'd be the friendly first point of contact for customers exploring our range across phone and email - understanding what they actually need, and booking them in for demos with our Robot Solutions Specialist teams around the country, with detailed notes so the handover feels seamless. Where there isn't a Robot Solutions Specialist covering a customer's region, you'll be the one who makes the sale yourself, talking them through it over the phone. From time to time, you might also lend a hand to our Customer Service team, supporting new customers with things like setup.
About you
You're a natural communicator with a genuine passion for caring, and you listen closely enough to recommend the right robot for someone's needs rather than just pushing a sale. You're comfortable juggling multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail.
You'll need at least 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, or support, plus strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Experience with a CRM or ticketing platform would be a big bonus, but not a must! This is a permanent, full-time role based at Head Office, North Shore Auckland.
