Our client is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing new cancer therapies. With late-stage programs moving toward commercialization, they are growing from a research-focused organization into a fully integrated company.
They are a small, ambitious team that values purpose, excellence and adaptability, and they see executive support as a key part of how the company runs.
About the role:
You'll support the Chief Financial Officer and four to six senior leaders across the finance organization. You'll keep their calendars, meetings, travel and events running smoothly, and you'll be a primary point of contact for the people they work with, including board members and investors.
This is a highly visible role. It suits an experienced EA from biotech or pharma who balances several executives with ease, handles sensitive information with complete discretion, and enjoys being part of a close Executive Assistant team.

- Make sure your executives are prepared for every meeting, with agendas, materials and presentations ready in advance.
- Plan complex domestic and international travel, build detailed itineraries and process expense reports in Concur.
- Be a primary point of contact for the executive team, board members, investors, consultants, partners and vendors.
Meetings and events: - Coordinate meetings end to end, including scheduling, rooms, agendas, materials, catering and follow-up.
- Plan investor and scientific events, including venues, travel, accommodations and meals.
- Support leadership meetings, team meetings, offsites, executive visits and candidate interviews.
Administration and teamwork: - Process purchase orders, onboard vendors and manage invoices.
- Partner with the Executive Assistant team to coordinate schedules, share best practices and cover for one another.
- Build strong working relationships with teams across the company.
- Help keep the office organized, productive and welcoming.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgment.
Who you are: - Five or more years supporting C-suite executives and senior leaders such as Vice Presidents and Senior Directors.
- Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. This is required.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint), Zoom and Concur.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail across calendars, meetings, travel and logistics for several executives.
- Clear, confident communication, in writing and in person, with people at every level.
- Good judgment: you anticipate needs, solve problems before they grow, and stay calm under pressure.
- Complete discretion with confidential information.
- Flexibility: you adapt quickly when priorities shift, and you take ownership of the outcome.
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
How their team works:You'll work directly with the CFO and the senior leaders in the finance organization. You'll also be part of a broader Executive Assistant team, so you'll have colleagues to coordinate with, back you up and share best practices.
