You'll learn your lead's function in depth: what the team is working on, what it's aiming for, and what slows it down.
02nd November, 2026
Our client is a fast-growing, venture-stage technology company working at the frontier of AI. They see executive support as a strategic role and are hiring a team that thinks ahead, works with care and grows with the company.
About the role:
We're hiring four senior EAs, each paired with one of our group leads. You'll learn your lead's function in depth: what the team is working on, what it's aiming for, and what slows it down.
Then you'll build the systems that keep the work moving. Over time, more of the day-to-day will move from your lead's plate to yours. Some of our leads work closely with customers and partners, so you may also help manage many outside relationships.
What you'll do:
Meetings and operations:
Draft agendas, capture notes, and collect and rank action items.
Build systems for new and recurring work so your lead can track tasks and bigger priorities.
Attend meetings to learn the work in depth and keep a pulse on the group.
Calendar:
Be the main contact for all internal and external scheduling.
Recommend ways your lead can use their time better, such as calendar structure and shared calendar agreements.
Help your lead balance personal and work commitments.
Inbox and priorities:
Manage your lead's inbox with clear systems for incoming and outgoing messages, and triage it daily.
Keep trackers clear so priorities can change quickly.
Travel and outside meetings:
Plan business trips end to end, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, flights, meals and appointments.
Travel with your lead as on-the-ground support, mostly to the West Coast, often on short notice and to several cities.
Attend customer and partner meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and track follow-ups.
Who you are:
Several years supporting senior leaders, ideally at a startup or fast-growing company.
Experience managing relationships with customers, partners or other outside stakeholders is a plus.
Curiosity about your lead's work and the ability to turn that understanding into practical recommendations.
Good judgment: you make the priority calls your lead would make and switch context quickly.
A hospitality mindset: you think several steps ahead, notice what people need before they ask, and handle difficult moments with warmth. A background in hospitality, restaurants, events or theater stands out to us.
Openness to learning and feedback: you take on unfamiliar work, ask clarifying questions early, and ask for help when you need it.
Comfort with frequent travel, sometimes at the last minute.
How our support team works: You'll work directly with your group lead. A support staff lead coordinates and plans work across the whole executive support team, so you'll have teammates to share work with, back you up and help you learn.
