We are partnering confidentially with a fast-growing autonomous trucking company that's already running daily freight routes for some of North America's biggest retailers. This isn't a someday-technology story: their trucks are on the road now, across multiple U.S. states and Canada, and the network keeps growing. Every new truck, customer and market needs great drivers and operators on the ground, and that's where you come in.

We're looking for a scrappy, driven recruiter who loves the energy of high-volume hiring and knows how to find talent where others don't think to look.

What You'll Do

• Own Indeed. Write, post, sponsor and refresh job ads. Manage budgets by market, test headlines and pay messaging, and use resume search and screener questions to fill pipelines fast.
• Source creatively. Reach drivers wherever they are: trucking forums, driver Facebook groups, CDL schools, community colleges, veterans' programs, job fairs, referral campaigns, text outreach and more.
• Screen at volume. Run phone screens covering experience, license class, availability and driving record. Collect MVRs, CVORs and driver abstracts, and flag concerns early.
• Move fast. Schedule interviews with site managers, keep candidates engaged, extend offers and get new hires to day one.
• Partner with operations. Work closely with Fleet Ops managers in each market to understand hiring needs, shift schedules and start dates.
• Track and report. Keep Greenhouse and pipeline trackers current. Report weekly on applicants, screens, offers, hires and cost per hire by channel and market.
• Coordinate with vendors. Work with staffing and employer-of-record partners so candidates move smoothly from offer to onboarding.

You'll hire for autonomous vehicle operators (AVOs), CDL and box truck drivers, and dispatchers.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting for drivers, delivery, logistics, warehouse or other hourly field roles
• Hands-on Indeed expertise, including sponsored jobs, budget management, resume search and posting optimization
• A creative sourcing mindset, with real examples of unconventional channels that produced hires
• Working knowledge of CDL, DOT and MVR requirements (Ontario DZ/CVOR experience a plus)
• Comfort with high call and text volume in a fast, metrics-driven environment
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS
• Strong organization and quick follow-through

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience running hiring events or referral programs
