Contract Administrator
Global Executive Search & Talent Advisory Firm
Remote | Full-Time | $85,000 Base Salary
Contracts are your thing. But you don't want to spend your career just pushing paper.
We're partnering confidentially with a fast-growing global talent advisory firm looking for a Contract Administrator to join its Legal team.
This is a role for someone who can read the fine print without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You'll work with contracts that cross borders, industries, and governing laws. You'll negotiate terms, spot risk, advise senior leaders, and help move business forward - all while working as part of a collaborative global team.
Why This Role Stands Out
You'll actually own your work.
This isn't a role where every redline needs three layers of approval. You'll work within established playbooks, use your judgment, and know when something truly needs to be escalated.
Your contracts won't all look the same.
You'll work across jurisdictions and industries, navigating NDAs, MSAs, privacy provisions, commercial terms, and client-specific requirements.
You'll have a seat at the table.
Senior executives will rely on you to turn dense contract language into a clear answer: What does this mean for the business, and what do we need to do next?
You'll see the whole business.
You'll collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, Security, Operations, and Billing - giving you visibility into how decisions get made and how your work impacts the organization.
You'll work remotely.
The team is global, the work is global, and the role is fully remote.
What You'll Do
You'll manage contracts from review through execution, including:
• Drafting, reviewing, and redlining agreements
• Negotiating commercial and legal terms
• Reviewing and interpreting client NDAs
• Working with internal stakeholders to negotiate MSAs
• Evaluating confidentiality, indemnification, termination, assignment, privacy, and other key provisions
• Working across different jurisdictions, governing laws, and client requirements
• Translating legal and commercial language into practical business guidance
• Applying established playbooks while knowing when an issue needs to be escalated to counsel
• Partnering with Operations and Finance to keep billing, invoicing, and contract data accurate
• Opening and maintaining projects in Salesforce and other CRM systems
• Supporting audits, process improvements, and other Legal and Finance initiatives
You'll Probably Love This Job If...
You're the person who catches the inconsistency everyone else missed.
You can open a redlined agreement and quickly figure out what changed - and what actually matters.
You like having guidelines, but you don't need someone telling you what to do at every turn.
You're persuasive without being combative.
You can manage a busy global inbox, competing priorities, and the occasional we-need-this-signed-today request without losing your cool.
And when someone sends you a page of contract language, you can explain the issue in three sentences instead of twelve.
What You'll Bring
You'll have experience working with global legal documents, particularly NDAs and MSAs, and you'll be comfortable reviewing, redlining, and supporting negotiations.
You'll also bring working knowledge of:
• Data protection and privacy provisions, including GDPR
• Commercial terms, pricing models, SLAs, and payment schedules
• Contractual risks involving confidentiality, indemnification, termination, and assignment
• Salesforce, CRM platforms, and/or automated contract-management systems
Experience in a regulated environment such as finance, pharma, or technology is especially relevant.
Above all, you're detail-driven, resourceful, organized, and commercially minded.
You understand that the goal isn't simply to get a contract signed.
It's to protect the business, make smart decisions, and keep things moving.
Because contracts aren't just documents. They're how business gets done.
