We're partnering confidentially with a founder-led organization seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO's closest strategic and operational partner.
This is a rare opportunity to operate at the center of a growing business, working directly with a visionary Founder while helping transform ideas into execution. You'll manage priorities, drive strategic initiatives, oversee executive operations, and ensure the CEO remains focused on the highest-impact opportunities across the organization.
This is not an administrative support role.
It's a high-trust leadership position for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, creating structure in fast-moving environments, and serving as both a strategic thought partner and an operational force multiplier.
You'll work closely with executive leadership, investors, advisors, and external partners while helping build the operating systems that enable the organization to scale.
The RoleAs Chief of Staff, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Founder Office while serving as an extension of the CEO across executive support, communications, contact management, and strategy and operations.
You'll own executive priorities from planning through execution, ensuring important decisions become measurable outcomes while maintaining alignment across internal and external stakeholders. You'll also serve as a trusted sounding board — someone who can pause, ask the right questions, and pressure-test a decision from a business, financial, and marketing perspective before it's finalized, not just execute it.
Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, intellectual curiosity, operational excellence, emotional intelligence, and an unwavering commitment to execution.
