This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes ensuring complex scientific programs move forward seamlessly. You’ll partner closely with scientific leadership and operations to strengthen documentation systems, coordinate workflows, and build the operational rigor that allows researchers to focus on discovery.
This role is fully onsite in Alameda, CA.
THE JOB:
You will serve as an operational backbone for a growing interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers — ensuring meetings translate into action, documentation stays disciplined, and administrative systems scale with the organization.
