Job Brief
This is not a standard EA role. It’s a high-impact Partner Executive Assistant position supporting one senior Partner and one Vice President on the investment side at a fast-moving, global private equity firm.
The right person thrives in intensity—high volume, constant motion, and zero margin for error. You’ll be the operational anchor behind two senior investors, managing nonstop calendars, shifting priorities, and time-sensitive execution. If you’re known for being unflappable, hyper-organized, and several steps ahead at all times, this is where you’ll shine.
Compensation: $135,000 base+ 20% bonus
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site)

ABOUT YOU: - 5+ years of senior-level EA experience, ideally supporting Partners or executives within private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or a similarly demanding environment

- Proven ability to handle high volume, rapid-fire priorities, and frequent change without dropping the ball
- Calm, confident, and resourceful under pressure
- Highly discreet and trusted with sensitive and confidential information
- Clear, concise, and professional communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
