We’re looking for top-notch Talent Acquisition & People Partner to take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process. With thousands of applicants in the pipeline and a rapidly expanding team, we need a hands-on, strategic People Partner who can manage talent acquisition efficiently while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

THE JOB
As the Talent Acquisition & People Partner, you will:
● Own the Hiring Process: Streamline and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
● Manage Candidate Pipeline: Oversee high-volume inbound applications, ensuring an efficient and structured hiring workflow.
● Coordinate with Recruiting Agencies: Build strong partnerships with external recruiters to maximize sourcing effectiveness.
● Conduct Initial Screenings: Lead first-round interviews, assess top talent, and provide hiring managers with strong candidate recommendations.
● Facilitate the Interview Process: Ensure smooth coordination, from scheduling to candidate feedback, keeping the process organized and data-driven.
● Enhance the Candidate Experience: Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring journey.
● Support Onboarding: Work with leadership to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires, helping them integrate successfully.
ABOUT YOU:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
● 5+ years of recruiting experience in early-stage tech startups (required).
● Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting and prioritize multiple roles at once.
● Strong technical sourcing skills, including experience identifying and engaging top engineering, product, and operations talent.
● Experience working with hiring managers & founders to refine job descriptions, hiring needs, and interview processes.
● Tech-savvy and process-driven; proficient in Notion with the ability to set up an ATS such as Rippling, Lever, or Greenhouse, or to develop an internal ATS, and passionate about optimizing hiring workflows.
● High adaptability & problem-solving skills: You’re comfortable pivoting strategies to meet the needs of a fast-moving startup.
● Exceptional communication & organizational skills: You ensure alignment between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
