As Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for a group of valued customers, guiding them to get the most out of an innovative platform that helps leaders listen, learn, and act on the insights of their people.
You’ll run success workshops, analyse results, and share practical recommendations that help teams improve how they work together and deliver for their communities.
You’ll collaborate closely with a passionate, close-knit team that believes in caring deeply, being authentic, and always challenging the now. Every day brings opportunities to problem-solve, celebrate success, and contribute ideas that shape how we do things better; for customers and for each other.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a SAAS business, or a good understanding of how technology and data can improve workplaces and outcomes
- Around 5 or more years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a similar relationship-focused role
- Confidence working with a wide range of people, including senior leaders and community-focused organisations such as the government sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for turning insights into action
- Strong organisational and project management skills — you love keeping things on track and following through
