Handle Dental Clinic reception operations and duties

Scope of Work:
Manages day to day activities of the practice.
Acts as liaison and provides support to dentists and staff.
Monitor and complete insurance forms and reports and coordinate with ensure companies to ensure all paperwork is completed, processed and filed accordingly.
Assures maximized collection on daily basis.
Monitors AR on a weekly basis.
Keeps credit balances at minimum.
Develop and implement a social media plan to increase clinic’s exposure
Manages workflow to assure smooth and efficient patient flow.
Assures compliance with company policies.
Oversees inventory control management of supplies – dental and front office.
Assures appropriate documentation of any patient complaint or incident and works to resolve issues following management policies. Informs CEO of such.
Completes required reports in timely manner; understand content and has ability to address issues.
Motivates, communicates, and provides a positive environment in which all employees find job satisfaction.
Communicates frequently with Director of Operations on status of all practice functions (especially financial) and issues.
Notifies HR Director and CEO of employee issues.
Performs all duties as requested by dentist and/or corporate management.
Assures productive, full schedules for each provider.
Oversees appropriate entry and scheduling of treatment plans.
Monitors unscheduled treatment and assures attempts at scheduling patient.
Requirements: 1- Previous experience in dental clinic 2- Experience in using "invent" system 3- Available locally 4- Working Hours: 6 days a week (8hrs per day) 5- Salary range: 220-250 plus transportation
