Job Title: Farm and Commercial Customer Service Professional
Department: Sales and Commercial Lines
Reports To: Sales and Commercial Lines Manager and Team Lead
Compensation Range: $45,000 - $55,000
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (37.5 per week)
Work Location: Fonthill, Ontario, Canada

As a Farm & Commercial CSP, you will provide exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of farm and commercial insurance clients, including small businesses, contractors, retailers, hospitality, agribusiness, and other commercial accounts. In addition to servicing client policies and inquiries, you will support specialized programs, assist with small business and event servicing, and collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless client experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the service, renewals, and inquiries for small event and league policies.
- Provide program management support, ensuring compliance with service standards and operational processes.
- Handle Certificates of Insurance (COI) requests for small business clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage aspects of DIBL programs, including current future program offerings.
- Act as a rover, providing coverage for team members during vacations and absences to maintain seamless client service.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure consistency, efficiency, and client satisfaction across all assigned responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Is detail oriented, organized and accurate
- Proficiency with brokerage management systems (BMS), CRM platforms, and other industry-related technology
- Minimum 1-3 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in Commercial Lines
- Active RIBO license in good standing
