We are partnering with a growing and well-capitalised property group with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, residential and mixed-use assets.

The Opportunity  
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Financial Accountant to join their high-performing finance team. This role offers strong exposure to property-specific accounting, asset-level reporting, and stakeholder engagement across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant looking to step into a broad role with visibility across the full property lifecycle.
Responsibilities will include: 

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and board reporting
• Financial reporting across multiple property entities and trusts
• Balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity
• Assist with statutory reporting and year-end audit process
• BAS, FBT and tax compliance support
• Cashflow forecasting and treasury support
• Partnering with asset managers and property managers on portfolio performance

About You
You will be CA / CPA qualified (or near completion), with relevant financial accounting experience from within a commercial organisation or big 4 chartered firm. Strong technical accounting knowledge and high attention to detail with strong analytical skills
Experience in property, real estate, funds management or asset-heavy environments would be advantageous. Confident communicator able to liaise with non-finance stakeholders
