About Us!
The North Australian Pastoral Company (NAPCo) was founded in 1877 and is one of Australia's leading beef cattle companies, managing over 6.1 million hectares, largest single herd in the world and home to Five Founders Beef. NAPCo employs approximately 220 staff operating across Queensland and the Northern Territory, with 15 cattle stations, a Depot in Mount Isa, a Feedlot and Farm in the Darling Downs and an office in Brisbane's CBD.

Attributes we look for: - We are looking for enthusiastic, team oriented, motivated people, that have good communication skills and are passionate about cattle and station life. Ideally you will have a solid work ethic, with a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
- If you're interested in a Station hand role, experience riding a horse or motorbike will be advantageous.

Pre-employment requirements: Prior to commencement, all new employees are required to undertake an Australian National Police Check and are also required to be vaccinated against Q Fever (all associated costs covered by NAPCO).
