Monkira Station - Coorabulka, QLD
Coorabulka is located about 100km south east of Boulia and 260km north of Birdsville in the QLD channel country between the Diamantina and Georgina Rivers. Coorabulka Station has land comprising of open downs vegetated with Mitchell and Flinders grasses, home to approx. 7000 head of NAPCo cattle. Operating as a grower property for weaners prior to consignment to backgrounding properties or directly to the Wainui Feedlot.
The role
The Station Cook / Homestead Help will maintain the gardens, domestic cleaning and cooking meals for the Monkira crew when they are working from Coorabulka. For this position, you will need to be organised, friendly, and most importantly, enjoy the outdoors and cooking hearty and nutritious meals.
