About Us!
At NAPCo, we employ over 220 people across a portfolio of 15 stations located across Queensland and the Northern Territory spanning 6.1 million hectares, an award-winning Feedlot and Farm in the Darling Downs and an office located in Brisbane CBD. 
 
Roles we look to fill include:

• Station Hand / Jackeroo / Jillaroo / Stockperson
• Bore Runner
• Leading Hand
• Head Stockman
• Machinery Operator / Grader Driver/ Truck Driver
• Station Cook 
• Governess
• Domestic / Homestead Help / Gardener
• Mechanic

Attributes we look for:

• We are looking for enthusiastic, team oriented, motivated people, that have good communication skills and are passionate about cattle and station life. Ideally you will have a solid work ethic, with a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
• If you're interested in a Station hand role, experience riding a horse or motorbike will be advantageous.
• NOTE: Some NAPCo stations do not allow dogs

Pre-employment requirements:
Prior to commencement, all new employees are required to undertake an Australian National Police Check and are also required to be vaccinated against Q Fever (all associated costs covered by NAPCO).
