2026 Station Roles - Expression of Interest We will commence recruitment for the 2026 season in September 2025 with employment commencing between January and March 2026.
The North Australian Pastoral Company (NAPCo) is one of Australia's largest cattle companies, with properties spanning over 6.1 million hectares. NAPCo have 15 cattle stations across Queensland and the Northern Territory, a Depot in Mount Isa, a Feedlot and Farm in the Darling Downs and a corporate office in Brisbane's CBD.
To be considered for positions that commence at the start of the 2026 season, please register your expression of interest application by attaching a resume. NOTE: This is not an application.
Recruitment for the 2026 season runs September - December 2025, an email notification will come out to anyone who has registered their interest here to advise when applications are officially open.

Attributes we look for:
We are looking for enthusiastic, team oriented, motivated people, that have good communication skills and are passionate about cattle and station life. Ideally you will have a solid work ethic, with a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
If you're interested in a Station hand role, experience riding a horse or motorbike will be advantageous.
NOTE: Some of NAPCo properties do not allow dogs

Pre-employment requirements: Prior to commencement, all new employees are required to undertake an Australian National Police Check and are also required to be vaccinated against Q Fever (all associated costs covered by NAPCO).
