Glenormiston Station a 692,000 hectare property located in the QLD Channel country of the Donohue highway approximately 5 hours southwest of Mount Isa. Glenormiston operates as a breeding property, breeding and growing weaners for consignment NAPCo’s Wainui Feedlot. The homestead is situated on Lake Idamea, providing a unique station lifestyle experience.
The role
The Bore Runner / Machinery Operator reports to the Station Manager and is responsible for maintaining water supplies and associated infrastructure for livestock across the station. A varied role where you will split your time across Bore Running and Machinery Operations maintaining property roads, undertakes property maintenance, drainage works and erosion control and assists the crew when needed with adhoc general station duties.
