What you'll be doing

• Manage and grow your customer base across your assigned territory
• Build strong, long-term relationships with independent retailers and foodservice customers
• Introduce new products, drive promotions, and maximise in-store visibility
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into loyal customers
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
• Share insights and feedback with the wider team to drive continued growth
• Support and mentor new team members as the business expands

 
What we're looking for

• Experience in FMCG van sales, Van Driving, Delivery Driving, Field sales, Retail sales, or merchandising
• A self-starter who is organised, proactive, and commercially minded
• A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• A genuine interest in food, brands, and the fast-moving FMCG market
• Confidence using handheld sales systems and reporting tools

 
Essential Requirements

• Full, clean driving licence
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable using MS Office and sales reporting systems
• Ability to provide clear and valuable market feedback
