• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, sales, and marketing, to bring new products from concept to market.
• Project Management Excellence: Manage end-to-end NPD projects, from initial concept through to production and launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Supplier Engagement: Work closely with suppliers to source quality raw materials and foster continuous improvement in product development processes.
• Continuous Improvement Champion: Identify areas for enhancement in product range, recipes, and production processes, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.

 
Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry, with a track record of successful new product launches.
• Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field, coupled with ongoing education and awareness of industry trends.
