We're looking for a driven, detail-focused Technical Manager to lead the quality management systems. This is a high-impact role, central to ensuring products meet and exceed the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance.
 
You'll work closely with the leadership team, influence key decisions, and play a vital part in delivering products that consumers love and trust.

• Full-time permanent position
• Salary: €70'000 DOE
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, No Weekends
• 21 Days Annual Leave

What You'll Do

• Lead and enhance our Quality Management System to meet HACCP, BRC, and customer requirements
• Drive a culture of excellence through training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Safeguard product quality and food safety, ensuring full compliance with legal and customer standards
• Champion innovation by leading R&D projects for both in-house and partner brands
• Oversee audits, inspections, and environmental monitoring to maintain top-tier standards
• Provide technical expertise to production teams and keep processes ahead of changing regulations

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a similar Quality or Technical role within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and food legislation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
