• Location: Co. Monaghan
• Salary: €60K - €70K
• 20 Days Annual Leave
• Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

What you'll be doing:

• Leading a talented team of NPD Chefs and Specifications Technologists, turning fresh ideas into exciting market-ready products.
• Spotting food trends before they hit the mainstream and working with the commercial team to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Ensuring every product meets the highest quality and regulatory standards.
• Overseeing project timelines and budgets to deliver launches that delight customers and hit targets.
• Reviewing product performance post-launch, using insights to fuel the next big idea.
• Playing a key role in audits and maintaining best-in-class NPD procedures.

What we're looking for:

• A degree in a food-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record in product development within food manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of food safety, legality, and compliance for the EU and UK markets.
• Natural leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable managing budgets, KPIs, and multiple projects at once.
• Confident using tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a passion for innovation.
