We’re on the lookout for a proactive and solution-driven Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to strengthen the engineering team at a modern facility in Wexford.

• Monday-Friday: 5 weeks of Day Shift 7am-3pm- 1 week of evening 3pm-11pm

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve faults across automated production and packaging lines
• Monitor equipment performance and respond swiftly to issues or performance drops
• Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance to keep operations running at peak efficiency
• Take part in root cause analysis and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date maintenance documentation
• Support new equipment installs and commissioning processes
• Uphold safety and quality standards across all engineering and production areas
• Engage in upskilling and cross-functional training opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical must be comfortable with both
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG experience a plus)
• Excellent fault-finding skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure when needed
