What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of educators
• Oversee course delivery, quality and compliance

• Build relationships with industry and stakeholders
• Contribute to planning, performance and growth

What you’ll bring

• Trade background in refrigeration (or closely related)
• Experience in VET, training or education leadership
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of compliance and quality standards
