What's the Role:
You are someone who thrives on delivering timely and accurate responses to both internal and external customers. You will support our sales function by planning and overseeing the execution of capital projects to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
You are a collaborator who works closely with the sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to coordinate project plans, oversee project execution, and provide end-to-end support – from quotation to final delivery. Your ability to multitask and manage competing priorities ensures that customer expectations are consistently met.
You are attentive to detail and a confident user of internal systems such as Salesforce and ERP tools. In this role, you will maintain internal systems, provide Salesforce insights to the sales team, manage opportunity pipelines, support with contract documentation, and administer customer pricing.
You are a natural communicator who enjoys building trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will liaise with customers on order status, manage warranty and rework processes, and help ensure customer accounts are well maintained. Your support in inventory planning and demand forecasting will directly impact Bradken’s ability to meet regional goals.
You are also someone who approaches tasks with a strong commitment to safety. You will take ownership of safety activities, comply with site procedures, and contribute to a culture where safety is valued and practiced across all locations.
