What's the Role:
As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will have to drive efficiency, enhance product quality, and optimize resource utilization across our manufacturing processes. This role will analyze critical process steps in tooling, moulding, melting, casting, heat treatment, and cleaning to identify inefficiencies and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to optimize efficiency. You will standardize processes to reduce variation, contributing to the site’s plan, and execute projects.
You will focus on training employees in continuous improvement tools, leading problem-solving workshops, and collaborating with teams to drive engagement and facilitate change adoption.
As an Improvement Engineer, your skills will evaluate the effectiveness of new equipment before implementation and work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, quality, and technical teams to align objectives. Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, a customer-centric approach is one of the top skills we emphasize; therefore, you will seek relevant data and information from multiple and diverse sources to understand customer needs and expectations.
