About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Business Analyst to provide technical and administrative support to end-users across a wide range of business applications, with a particular focus on our Epicor ERP system. This role will collaborate closely with specialist IT technicians, system analysts, and the IT helpdesk team to investigate and resolve reported problems, fulfill IT service requests, and implement minor system changes.

We are seeking a driven and resourceful IT professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to tackle complex challenges and contribute to a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your problem-solving skills and creative thinking to improve our systems and user experience. Key Criteria and Essential Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and applications.
• Experience with service desk systems and IT support processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong documentation skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience: 

• Experience with Epicor or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with QA testing and Scripting or automation skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems and Technology, or a related field.
