Become a Key Player in Our Sales Team – Sales Support Coordinator Job Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton and contribute to our continued success.

What You'll Do Every Day:
Imagine yourself as the go-to person for our sales team and customers. You'll be:

• Orchestrating the smooth flow of orders, from initial processing to final delivery, working closely with our manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Crafting accurate and compelling quotations that help us win new business.
• Ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up on payments, contributing to our financial health.
• Providing exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied.
• Maintaining our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Epicore) systems with accurate data, ensuring seamless information flow.
• Collaborating with various internal teams to meet customer expectations.

Key Relationships:

• Sales and Order Fulfillment:

1. Drive smooth order processing from start to finish, collaborating closely with internal teams.
2. Provide vital support to the sales team by delivering product information and resolving customer challenges.

• Customers & Suppliers: Offer support to ensure product satisfaction.
• Other Product Development Teams: Engage in knowledge transfer, training, and collaborative projects.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in administration, customer service, or a similar support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with any ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, particularly with piping or reading drawings, is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
