We’re looking for a Grinder/Pad Washer to join our Specialty Products division in London, Canada, on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to become part of a collaborative team in a busy and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Use a variety of tools and equipment to grind, clean, and finish castings, ensuring they meet dimensional specifications.
• Operate overhead cranes to safely move castings and manage materials effectively.
• Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized, prioritizing safety at every step.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to identify and address any quality or safety issues.
• Bring your energy and ideas to help improve processes and support Bradken’s safety, quality, and productivity goals.

What You Bring:

• Experience with grinding and finishing techniques, ideally in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
• A commitment to working safely and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with overhead crane operation is a plus, but we’ll provide training if needed.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
