We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our Specialty Products division in London, Canada, on a permanent basis. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative team in a busy and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Utilize your expertise in stick, MIG, TIG, and flat welding techniques to repair and enhance castings, ensuring they meet dimensional specifications.
• Perform essential tasks such as cutting out defects, leveling riser burn cuts, and removing excess stock.
• Support additional shop activities like shipping, receiving, general labor, and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to address quality and safety issues, keeping your workspace safe and clean.
• Bring your ideas to the table to recommend process improvements and help achieve Bradken’s safety, quality, and productivity goals.

What You Bring:

• CWB certification for pressure vessel welding (preferred), with preference for stainless steel expertise.
• Hands-on experience with flat, MIG, TIG, structural stick welding, and a proactive attitude to learn and grow.
• Ability to thrive in a unionized, machine shop environment.
