We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to join our team. This role involves a mix of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, inventory management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, efficient, and comfortable working across multiple accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and handle accounts payable functions
• Manage and reconcile purchasing card transactions
• Assist with payroll processing, including bi-weekly and weekly payroll, and issuing checks as needed
• Provide backup support to the Accountant
• Maintain and update inventory records
• Update employee status changes and other personnel-related documentation
• Perform various administrative, accounting, and miscellaneous tasks as required

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
