Job Title: Fabrication Machine Operator

Location: Harlan, IA | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We’re looking for a skilled Fabrication Machine Operator to join our fast-paced team. You’ll operate machines such as CNC press brakes, metal rollers, rotary punch presses, grinders, shears, iron workers, and saws to produce precision parts from blueprints and work orders.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of fabrication machines.
• Track inventory and production using ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure accurate production.

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years fabrication or job shop experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and multiple fabrication machines.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete forklift and overhead crane certifications (training provided).
