We are hiring a Senior Project Manager who has 5-10+ years of electrical experience to join our client's team. They are a regional company, and this position will be based out of Des Moines, IA. The Senior Project Manager will work on local projects, with little travel outside of the city. More details are below!

Pay/Benefits for the Senior Project Manager:
$100-135k/year
Quarterly and annual bonuses
Full benefits package, including company vehicle
Direct hire opportunity

Hours/Location for the Senior Project Manager:
M-F 8am-5pm
Working on jobs located in Des Moines, with little overnight travel necessary
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be home every night 

Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:
-Oversee commercial, industrial, and governmental projects in the area
-Responsible for all project facets, no estimating required 
-Projects are all large-scale projects
-Oversee the electrical team, tracking budgets, forecasting project end dates, and communication with vendors and clients throughout the entire process
-Full cycle project management

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:
-Candidate MUST have previous experience overseeing electrical projects
-Must have 5-10+ years of desired experience
-Must have experience working with large-scale projects ($1M-10M)
-Bachelor's degree and PMP certification preferred, but not required with adequate experience
