Will assist customers with placing orders and providing product information.
**Transportation, logistics, or warehouse industry experience highly desired!**
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with order status updates, shipping information, product availability, pricing, and more.
- Answer phones and provide customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer emails.
- Perform data entry.
- Perform office tasks such as scanning, filing, photocopying, and more.
Skills:
*Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
*Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
*Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft applications.
Education/Experience:
*High school diploma or GED required.
