Are you an experienced press brake operator ready to join a fast-paced fabrication team? We’re looking for a Break Press Operator to run press brakes, produce precision metal parts, and work with a variety of fabrication machinery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

�� What You’ll Do:

• Operate press brakes and supporting machines: shears, ironworkers, grinders, saws, metal rollers, rotary punch presses, and CNC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to produce accurate metal components
• Track inventory and production using ERP systems
• Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to make production more efficient
• Use precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, squares, angle gauges, and height gauges
• Work independently or collaborate with your team to meet deadlines

�� What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience as a press brake or metal fabrication operator
• Proficiency with press brakes; experience with other fabrication machines a plus
• ERP system experience preferred
• Willingness to complete forklift & overhead crane certification (training provided)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work at a steady pace under firm deadlines
