Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction
Are you a hands-on leader in electrical construction looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage high-value projects, lead teams, and make an impact from start to finish!

What You’ll Be Doing as the Sr Project Manager:

• Lead $1M–$25M electrical construction projects
• Mentor & manage Project Managers, Engineers & Estimators
• Oversee POs, submittals, invoices, contracts, RFIs & change orders
• Monitor cash flow, billing, manpower & on-site progress
• Build strong relationships with owners, GCs, subcontractors & suppliers
• Drive quality, safety & performance excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years project management experience in electrical construction
• Strong leadership & team-building skills
• Detail-oriented, organized & self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• Proficient in project management software
