Talent Acquisition Analyst 
Salary $27-$38 per hour

Temporary Assignment

Experience with Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed and other job hiring platforms highly preferred.
Experience in ATS systems like Workday and VNDLY required.
Temporary, contingent Talent Acquisition support role focused on building and maintaining candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialized positions
Partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates
Develops and executes recruiting and communication strategies to attract diverse talent across multiple functions
Works independently with occasional supervision while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience using ATS systems such as Workday and VNDLY required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
