Production Trainer (Manufacturing) 
Omaha, NE | Full-Time | Overtime/Rotating Shifts
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Trainer to support a fast-paced manufacturing floor. This role spends ~60% of the time on the production floor training new hires and current employees on machine operation, SOPs, and production processes.

What You’ll Do

• Train and certify new hires within 10 business days
• Teach machine operation + SOPs to production staff
• Create/update SOPs and one-point lessons
• Track employee skill metrics and training progress
• Support 30/60/90-day training plans and retraining as needed

What You Bring

• Manufacturing/production experience
• Hands-on machine operation background
• Experience training, mentoring, or leading others
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, email)

Physical Role On-your-feet role on the production floor with lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to a loud environment.
