We are hiring a Parts Room Associate to support maintenance operations by managing MRO inventory, purchasing parts, and coordinating with vendors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain parts inventory and stock levels
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Create and track purchase orders
• Coordinate with receiving to ensure accurate system entry (SAP)
• Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery and pricing
• Organize, label, and store parts
• Assist team members in locating parts and materials

Qualifications Preferred:

• Manufacturing, maintenance, or MRO inventory experience
• SAP or ERP experience

Required:

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance
