Overview
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for a clean, highly automated food production facility. This role supports food safety, product quality, and production standards through lab testing, inspections, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods
• Conduct chemical and microbiological testing
• Perform line inspections and audits on the production floor
• Maintain QA logs, testing records, and documentation
• Approve product/material release
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Support troubleshooting and sanitation inspections

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field OR 1+ year QA/lab experience
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Preferred:

• SAP experience
• Food manufacturing or dairy QA experience

Schedule

• 2nd shift (afternoon/evening)
• Weekend and overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance require
