Client Services Representative

This is 100% inbound client services representative. In this role, you'll be working with existing clients, answering questions, and making routine updates to their policies as needed.
Service 40-50 calls per day!
Computer savviness and ability to work with 2 monitors & toggle between multiple screens is helpful!

$19/yr. + performance bonuses. Can earn up to $46,000 annually!

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, M-F

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, M-F

After 90 days, can work a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days in-person.
