Lighting Controls Technician
Location: Des Moines, IA
Pay: $60,000+ DOE
Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a Lighting Controls Technician to serve as the on-site expert ensuring client systems operate flawlessly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, system programming, and delivering excellent customer service.
 
What You Will Do

• Diagnose and Resolve: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of lighting control systems
• Program and Configure: Set up and commission new systems from multiple leading lighting controls manufacturers
• Exceed Expectations: Provide top tier service with clear, professional communication to every client

 
What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 plus years of relevant technical or field experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Experience with lighting controls, automation, or low voltage systems preferred
• Ability to work independently on job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Safety focused, reliable, and detail oriented
• Must pass post offer drug screen and background check
