We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support and maintain packaging and production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

As the Industrial Maintenance Technician you'll keep the line running. Fix problems fast. Be the go-to mechanic.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance
• Reduce downtime and keep production moving
• Work with low-voltage components (sensors, photo-eyes, proximity switches)
• Assist with equipment installs and upgrades
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
• Maintain a clean, safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• The Industrial Maintenance Technician needs strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to read schematics and technical instructions
• Experience with 3-phase wiring and control circuits
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production setting
• Physically active role (lifting, climbing, standing)
• Loud, industrial environment
