Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers and internal teams by managing orders, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email (orders, pricing, inventory, shipping)
• Enter and update orders, including changes and partial shipments
• Process returns and credits
• Partner with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Credit teams to resolve issues
• Track customer communications and help resolve shipment discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of customer service or order entry experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing or industrial experience
• Epicor ERP experience
• Basic hydraulic knowledge
• Experience supporting sales or production teams
