Are you someone that intuitively provides customer service at an incredibly high level? ✅
Are you computer savvy and have used 2+ monitors effectively? ✅
This is an inbound call center environment. Take 40-60 phone calls per day.
After 4-4.5 months, can work a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days in-person.
