Job Title: Electrical/Controls Technician
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $31.59/hour + $1.25/hour shift differential

Hiring Bonus: $5,000

Shift Options:

• Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00AM–4:30PM
• Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00PM–4:30AM

Essential Functions

• The Electrical/Controls Technician will perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on assigned systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical system malfunctions using test equipment and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines and associated systems, including robotics and automation equipment.
• Ensure equipment compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Utilize CMMS software to track maintenance activities and report issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with production machinery, robotics, automation, and PLCs required.
• CMMS experience highly desired; ammonia training is a plus.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be dependable, quality-minded, and safety-conscious.
